Our Values, Belonging, Collaboration, Responsibility, Passion, Over Achievement, InnovationSummary:Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the Financial Analyst will be mainly responsible for the Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and bank account statements from various eStore payment methods. Primary responsibilities include management of all e-commerce related financial transactions such as bank statement reconciliations, various financial posting reconciliations, P&L analysis, invoice processing and cash applications.What you’ll do:Management of all internal customer account clearing related to our e-commerce businessDaily bank reconciliation of all e-commerce business transactionsE-commerce customer account reconciliation (clearing and settlement transactions in SAP)Open-item management of all e-commerce customer-related transactionsPerform daily reconciliation monitoring and provide analysis summary including root cause and resolution planInvestigate variance to Merchant transaction requirement and provide alert to partners leading enhancement project to reduce gapContinuous process improvement of payment and financial flows for e-commerce transactionsValidation of merchant/financing/platform partner service chargesProcess manual refunds or create sales/refund transactions if necessaryMonthly accrualsInvoice processing for e-commerce vendorsCash applications for e-commerce transactionsP&L analysis of all e-commerce salesWhat you’ve done:University degree or College diploma in Business, Finance/Accounting, or business-related disciplineAre currently pursuing or have obtained an accounting designation, CPA preferredMinimum of 4+ years in a finance and/or analysis roleComfortable in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with a strong business acumenDriven and results oriented with the ability to take initiatives, prioritize and manage multiple tasksEffective relationship builder with superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization in a professional and competent mannerAdvanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Dynamics NAV are an assetWhat’s in it for you:Competitive base salary of $48K to 52K plus 10% bonusGenerous bonus/commission structure3 weeks Vacation plus flex daysComprehensive benefitsTraining and development opportunities to grow your careerNamed one of Canada’s Best Managed CompaniesA supportive workplace culture and work environmentEmployee development programsIf this sounds like you and you’re excited to be a member of our team, pleaseapply now.
