The General Manager is responsible to coach each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times, while working with team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) planLead and manage all repair facility personnelOversee hiring, training, corrective action and terminationPrepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision centerForecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expensesSet performance targets and deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviewsMonitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision CenterProvide training for all staff as necessaryEnsure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress codeOpen and close the facility daily as per established proceduresConduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to oversee work in progress and delivery datesManage all estimates and store capacityFacilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
