**Wage & Compensation to be negotiated based on experience**

The AGM will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and success of GymZone. This role includes leading the team, ensuring program growth and reputation, maintaining a high-quality training environment, and fostering a positive and safe experience for athletes, parents, and employees. The AGM will work closely with coaches, administrative staff, and stakeholders to develop and implement programs that align with the club’s values and vision.

**Qualifications**:

- A background in gymnastics/dance or sport is considered an asset. Willing to train the right fit.
- NCCP Gymnastics Foundations, Competition 1, Tramp Technical 1 or be willing to obtain
- Respect in Sport
- Making Ethical Decisions
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Valid First Aid + CPR
- Risk Management
- Diploma or Degree in Sports/Business Administration, ECE, or Bachelor of Education is considered an asset.

**Team Leadership 45%**
- Maximizing the performance of our recreational programs and every coach and athlete in our gym
- Empowering and motivating Recreational Supervisors, Coaches and Athletes during classes, camps, and special activities, providing guidance and support
- Maintaining a high quality experience in Sudbury and ensure this experience is communicated, trained and ultimately duplicated at our Valley location
- Ensuring ongoing mentorship, succession planning and training of all coaching staff and lead monthly coaches meetings
- Support with scheduling staff each session and creating a replacement schedule, creating a rotation schedule for all classes
- Support with organization and scheduling private lessons

**Program Management and Administration 45%**
- Streamline processes and training to ensure delivery of high quality recreational programs and gymnastics on a daily basis
- Assist with reviewing and recording athlete progress and talent identification
- Support with program development and monitor program efficiency to ensure staffing ratios are adhered to and class numbers are growing
- Work with administrative staff to ensure class schedule is efficient
- Curate Theme weeks + applicable programming for preschool classes and recreational classes
- Ensure gym is clean, equipment is safe, recommending any new equipment/props
- Support in planning of PA Day Camp, March Break Camp & Summer Camp planning, scheduling and preparation (themes, crafts, and game ideas) and purchasing of supplies
- Support lead in drafting/posting timely social media updates regarding program and event information + highlights + drills/skills
- Support lead in timely and thorough completion of injury reports and ensuring submission of reports to Gymnastics Ontario and compassionate and professional liaising with parents of injured child

**Customer Relations + Special Projects 10%**
- Assist in responding in a timely manner to parent and child feedback
- Assist in Identifying and assessing children who need to be placed into appropriate groups/programs
- Support Club Directors during peaks times including phone and walk-in enquiries, registration, bookings and other independent projects
