Our multidisciplinary team includes a physiotherapist, osteopath, kinesiologist, and chiropractor. The Role We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist to join our Gatineau clinic. (We will also consider a part time role) You will: Perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide hands‑on care including manual therapy, myofascial techniques, and joint mobilization Prescribe and progress exercise programs (strength, mobility, function) Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle strategies Collaborate closely with a dynamic, supportive multidisciplinary team Have opportunities to grow with us as this is a newly acquired and expanding clinic What We Offer 3–5 assessments/week guaranteed to help build your caseload quickly Clinical mentorship program + strong team support Signing/relocation bonus: $1,000 full‑time / $500 part‑time $1,500 annual continuing education allowance (once full‑time) Access to Physiotec exercise platform Jane software for charting + admin efficiency Private assessment rooms 1-hour initial assessments and 30–60 min follow-ups Opportunity to work with a physiotherapy assistant Access to on‑site gym space (personal use after hours) Career advancement opportunities 50+ years of combined team experience Compensation options: split-fee or hourly wage (split fee between 43‑58%) Bi‑monthly in‑services for skill development + team building Bi‑weekly meetings with the clinic director to support your growth Strong administrative support: we handle reception, booking, invoicing, and billing Direct billing to insurance providers A positive, respectful workplace where every team member is valued Qualifications Required: Bilingual (French/English) — spoken and written BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy Eligible for licensure in Québec / able to register with the OPPQ Strong communication, professionalism, and a patient‑centered approach Independent, organized, and a collaborative team player Commitment to continuing education and evidence-informed practice Assets (not required) Pelvic floor training/interest Vertigo, vestibular training/interest Experience or training in one or more of: manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, IMS (Diane Lee/Linda‑Joy Lee), sports injury rehab, orthopaedics, craniosacral therapy Learn More / Apply Check out our Ottawa clinic team: www.chartierphysio.ca (Gatineau website coming soon.)
