As a Reliability Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding performance, minimizing downtime, and driving improvements that make a real impact. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of essential systems within RET&O Operations. You’ll focus on proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous process optimization to enhance service quality. Acting as a key link between technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure operational processes run efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will be to: Monitor system health and performance using operational dashboards and tools. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce operational risk. Maintain and optimize operational processes, including change and incident management. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with standards. Provide insights and reporting on reliability metrics and trends. About You You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliability-driven outcomes. Your focus on continuous improvement and ability to adapt quickly make you an ideal fit for this role. We are looking for someone with: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with monitoring tools and operational dashboards. Knowledge of incident and change management processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with automation tools and initiatives as well as ITIL processes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
