Operations Specialist (part-time) - Windsor, ON

About Us:

Founded in 1982 with a focus on providing the highest quality customer experience, we work every day to continually earn your trust and provide exemplary customer service. We are now looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our team in Windsor, ON

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer and driver calls
  • Quoting shipments for customers
  • Tender shipments
  • Order entry/follow up with tenders
  • Monitor customer emails & websites
  • Advise customers of issues/ delays
  • Dispatching and monitoring of owner operators

Required Skills:

· College or University diploma In Logistics and Supply chain (asset)

· Transportation industry experience

Compensation

· Position is hourly/part-time with hours varying between 8 hours and 24 hours per week.
