The Opportunity Your Impact Starts Here – As an Environmental Planning Project Manager, you’ll lead environmental impact assessment and permitting projects that shape sustainable development across Ontario and Canada. From renewable energy and transmission to transportation and mining, your work will ensure compliance, foster collaboration, and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities and clients. Your Impact Manage environmental impact assessment and permitting projects through all phases, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment. Oversee project documentation, quality assurance, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Apply knowledge of Ontario Environmental Assessment Act and Impact Assessment Act to secure permits and approvals. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare proposals, work scopes, budgets, and schedules for new opportunities. Review technical deliverables for accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Promote health and safety practices across all project activities. Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team. The Skills That Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Planning, Engineering, or related field (Master’s an asset). Minimum 4 years of experience managing environmental impact assessment and permitting projects. Proficiency with project management tools (Oracle, MS Project, Primavera). Strong understanding of federal and provincial environmental regulations and permitting processes. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders.
