馃尶 Now Hiring: Independent Contractor Therapist LK Psychotherapy & Clinical Services is expanding and is seeking a skilled, values-aligned Independent Contractor Therapist to join our growing practice. Our clinic is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational approaches to therapy. We work with individuals, couples, families, and caregivers, with a strong commitment to equity, cultural humility, and social justice. We provide group counselling, workshops, trainings, consulting and other community engagements. Who We鈥檙e Looking For: Is a registered therapist in good standing (MSW, RSW; RP; or equivalent). Practices from a strong anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and culturally responsive lens. Has training and experience in trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities (Psychodynamic, EFT, IFS, Sex therapy, Gottman, EMDR鈥攁ssets). Has experience working with military members, veterans, first responders, and their families, including issues related to trauma, transitions, stress, and relational challenges. Is ideally bilingual, with priority given to therapists who offer services in French, Spanish, and/or Tagalog. (If you are not, still apply) Is able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, respectful team culture. Is available to offer in-person sessions in Belleville and virtual therapy. ASIST Trainer Certified is an asset. Compensation & Role Details: Independent contractor position. 60/40 fee split ($60-135/hr) Flexible scheduling with the ability to build a caseload at your own pace. Part-time to start (minimum 5 hours/week), with the potential to grow to full-time depending on availability and client demand.
