Now Hiring: Independent Contractor Therapist

LK Psychotherapy & Clinical Services is expanding and is seeking a skilled, values-aligned Independent Contractor Therapist to join our growing practice.

Our clinic is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational approaches to therapy. We work with individuals, couples, families, and caregivers, with a strong commitment to equity, cultural humility, and social justice. We provide group counselling, workshops, trainings, consulting and other community engagements.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a therapist who:

  • Is a registered therapist in good standing (MSW, RSW; RP; or equivalent).
  • Practices from a strong anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and culturally responsive lens.
  • Has training and experience in trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities (Psychodynamic, EFT, IFS, Sex therapy, Gottman, EMDR—assets).
  • Has experience working with military members, veterans, first responders, and their families, including issues related to trauma, transitions, stress, and relational challenges.
  • Is ideally bilingual, with priority given to therapists who offer services in French, Spanish, and/or Tagalog. (If you are not, still apply)
  • Is able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, respectful team culture.
  • Is available to offer in-person sessions in Belleville and virtual therapy.
  • ASIST Trainer Certified is an asset.

Compensation & Role Details:

  • Independent contractor position.
  • 60/40 fee split ($60-135/hr)
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to build a caseload at your own pace.
  • Part-time to start (minimum 5 hours/week), with the potential to grow to full-time depending on availability and client demand.
