Warehouse Logistics Coordinator – Montreal Our client is a third‑party logistics provider in North America with a mission to deliver customized freight transport and shipping solutions. The company is expanding and is looking for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join its warehouse team in Montreal and contribute to ongoing operational success. Work schedule: 1 pm – 8 pm. Reporting Reports to the Director and supports a fast‑growing sales team. Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from the Montreal warehouse. Support the sales team and ensure flawless execution of freight operations. Manage daily shipment activities – domestic, cross‑border (U.S.), and international. Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers. Match available freight loads with carrier options. Create and track freight loads (FTL and LTL) in the company’s TMS. Create and track freight loads for export and import containers in the TMS and terminal websites. Track and plan shipments to avoid extra charges by meeting LFDs for imports and ERDs and cut‑offs for exports. Create receptions and picking in the WMS. Manage daily shipment issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time. Manage warehouse doors / dock operations. Qualifications / Requirements Experience with a Load Board and load booking. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues quickly.
