Coordinateur des ventes senior

Gérer les opérations quotidiennes pour le marché américain. Ce poste consiste à mettre en relation les marques, les agents commerciaux, les entrepôts, les partenaires logistiques et les détaillants afin de garantir que les produits soient acheminés de manière fluide et précise, de la production à la livraison.


Vos missions

  • Coordonner les opérations pour plusieurs marques sur le marché américain
  • Servir de principal interlocuteur opérationnel pour les marques et les agents commerciaux
  • Assister les agents commerciaux américains en leur fournissant des informations sur les stocks, le statut des commandes et la résolution des problèmes
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les entrepôts américains sur les stocks, les réceptions entrantes et les expéditions sortantes
  • Suivre et résoudre les problèmes liés aux stocks, aux dommages ou aux expéditions
  • Coordonner les expéditions nationales et internationales vers les États-Unis
  • Garantir une livraison précise et ponctuelle aux détaillants
  • Maintenir des données précises dans le système ERP (commandes, stocks, expéditions)
  • Créer des rapports opérationnels et d'inventaire de base


Ce que vous apportez

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la vente en gros de vêtements, de la logistique ou de la distribution
  • Compréhension des opérations d'entreposage et du traitement des commandes
  • Expérience des systèmes ERP (de préférence dans le secteur de l'habillement)
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation, souci du détail et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front
  • Aisance à travailler dans un environnement multimarques au rythme soutenu

Senior Sales Coordinator

Overview

Manage day-to-day operations for the US market. Responsible for connecting brands, sales agents, warehouses, logistics partners, and retailers to ensure products move smoothly and accurately from production to delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate operations for multiple brands in the US market
  • Act as the main operations contact for brands and sales agents
  • Support US sales agents with inventory info, order status, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with US warehouses on inventory, inbound receipts, and outbound shipments
  • Track and resolve inventory, damage, or shipping issues
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments into the US
  • Ensure accurate, on-time delivery to retailers
  • Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (orders, inventory, shipments)
  • Create basic operational and inventory reports

What You Bring

  • Experience in wholesale apparel operations, logistics, or distribution
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and order fulfillment
  • Experience with ERP systems (apparel industry preferred)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
