This role works closely with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with Production to align shipments with order and production needsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel)Support Canada–U.S. imports and exports, including coordination with customs brokersAssist with international shipments, including ocean (FCL/LCL) and air freightOrganize freight for incoming and outgoing shipments, including requesting quotes from carriersManage pallet programs (e.g. CHEP), including tracking, movements, returns, and account reconciliationHelp coordinate warehouse picking and packing activities; assist with pick & pack when neededVerify lot numbers and quantities using picking lists prior to shipmentSupport receiving and shipping activitiesPrepare and maintain shipping and customs documentationTrack shipments and help resolve delays or issuesMaintain shipment data in ERP or logistics systemsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination experienceExposure to cross-border or international shipments is an assetExperience with pallet programs (e.g. CHEP) is an assetStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughComfortable working in a hands-on, operational environmentExperience with ERP or logistics systems an assetFluent in English and French (required)Onboarding & SupportOnboarding will be provided for internal systems and procedures. CHEP), incluant le suivi, les mouvements, les retours et la conciliation des comptesAider à coordonner les activités de cueillette et d’emballage à l’entrepôt; participer à la préparation des commandes au besoinVérifier les numéros de lot et les quantités à l’aide des listes de cueillette avant l’expéditionSoutenir les activités de réception et d’expéditionPréparer et maintenir la documentation d’expédition et de douanesAssurer le suivi des expéditions et contribuer à la résolution des retards ou enjeuxMaintenir les données d’expédition dans l’ERP ou les systèmes logistiquesProfil recherchéMinimum de 2 ans d’expérience concrète en logistique, expédition ou coordination de la chaîne d’approvisionnementUne exposition au transport transfrontalier ou international est un atoutUne expérience avec des programmes de palettes (ex. CHEP) est un atoutExcellente organisation, souci du détail et capacité de suiviÀ l’aise dans un environnement opérationnel et pratiqueExpérience avec des ERP ou systèmes logistiques, un atoutMaîtrise du français et de l’anglais (obligatoire)Intégration et soutienUne formation d’intégration sera offerte pour les systèmes et procédures internes. Ce poste convient à une personne ayant déjà de l’expérience en logistique et à l’aise de gérer les expéditions et de résoudre les enjeux avec un minimum de supervision.
