Roles we have available Student, HR Corporate and Community Affairs As a student in HR – Corporate and Community Affairs, you will be providing a wide variety of administrative support services for the Human Resources Leadership team. The student will get the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organisation, as well as external clients to provide information on behalf of the executive and to field and re‑direct calls and requests as required. You will have the opportunity to: Create, publish and track content for Fidelity Canada corporate intranet. Provide daily lunch and vacation coverage for reception services. Assist with the implementation of various projects that support the internal communication strategies (e.g., company achievements and milestones). Consult with departments across Fidelity Canada regarding internal communications initiatives on a project‑by‑project basis. Assist with the administration of Fidelity Canada’s corporate social responsibility strategy, including tracking employee volunteerism and internal campaigns. Student, HR Talent Acquisition The student in HR – Talent Acquisition will partner closely with the recruiters and the HR team on coordination and administration duties related to the talent acquisition function at Fidelity. You will have the opportunity to: Partner with recruiters and support them through all phases of the talent acquisition life cycle – including Workday processing, job postings, offer letters prep, onboarding processes (background checks and application forms, reference checking, etc.). Review talent acquisition processes and recommend continuous improvement ideas to increase the function’s efficiency and effectiveness. Great opportunity to be a key player and add immediate value on the recruitment team. Complete a variety of ad‑hoc projects as assigned. What We’re Looking For Enrolled in a post‑secondary institution in a human resources management program (preferably). Previous work experience in HR is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement. Ability to balance and prioritise tasks while maintaining the appropriate attention to detail and accuracy. You must be currently enrolled in a registered co‑op program to be considered for these positions. You must also be available on a full‑time basis for the duration of the co‑op term. Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications. We offer market‑aligned rates that recognise the specialised skills and agility required for this role. We’re proud to offer a compensation package that aligns with provincial pay transparency requirements. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
