Number of vacancies for this role: 1 YOUR CHALLENGE: Financial Reporting Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the ProSlide group of companies, including clear, insightful analysis that helps drive decisions. Partner with our external international bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate, on‑time monthly financial statements across our global entities. Own day‑to‑day general accounting activities – general ledger transactions, journal entries, bank and account reconciliations – while collaborating with other departments to keep financial data complete and reliable. Prepare and reconcile monthly and annual working papers and support a smooth year‑end audit process with our external auditors. Play an active role in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, working closely with department leaders to understand drivers and assumptions. Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and variance analysis across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles – including budgeting and reforecasting – highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Build strong relationships with Senior Management to understand reporting needs and provide high‑quality analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc insights. Look for smarter ways to work – proactively identifying and improving processes, controls, and financial models. Provide oversight of full‑cycle Accounts Receivable, partnering with internal stakeholders to support collections and maintain healthy cash flow. Contribute to special projects and cross‑functional initiatives, bringing strong analytical support to ad hoc reporting and business questions as they arise. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: Education University degree in Accounting or Finance CPA designation or in final stages Required Experience 3–5 years of progressive experience in general accounting / financial reporting (industry or public practice), ideally in a mid‑sized or multi‑entity environment. Proven experience with month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and working papers. Experience supporting financial statement preparation and management reporting across monthly/quarterly/annual cycles. Exposure to consolidations and/or working in a group‑of‑companies structure is a strong asset. Experience coordinating with external partners (auditors, advisors, outsourced bookkeeping) and supporting an efficient year‑end audit. Experience contributing to budgeting and forecasting and producing variance analysis with clear explanations of drivers. Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (full‑cycle oversight is an asset), including supporting collections and cash flow visibility. Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, pivots, lookups; comfort working with large datasets). Experience with an ERP/accounting system is preferred (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.). Ability to communicate clearly and work‑functionally, including with senior stakeholders (ad hoc reporting/analysis experience is an asset).
