This role requires hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, with a strong grasp of insurance operations, policy workflows, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations that align with business goals and best-in-class development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration ProceduresTranslate insurance-specific business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with architects, BAs, and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain reusable LWC components and Apex code adhering to Salesforce standardsLead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and drive development best practicesTroubleshoot issues across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring performance and scalabilitySupport ongoing enhancements, integrations, and CI/CD deployment processesTechnical ProfileExpert-level knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScriptsStrong experience in LWC, Apex programming, and declarative Salesforce toolsProficiency in integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworksUnderstanding of Salesforce data modeling and security best practicesFunctional ProfileDeep understanding of insurance business processes: policy lifecycle, claims handling, underwriting, and service managementSkilled in gathering and documenting business and system requirementsAbility to interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsExperience delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environmentAbility to lead and mentor technical teams while contributing to strategic solution planningSkills SummaryCore Expertise:Salesforce Solution Design, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), Insurance Domain Knowledge, Integration PatternsLanguages & FrameworksApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScriptUI & Styling LibrariesLightning Design System (SLDS), FlexCards FrameworkBuild & Testing ToolsGit, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DXOther Tools & TechnologiesSalesforce Industries (Vlocity), REST/SOAP APIs, Agile/Scrum, Data Loader, WorkbenchSoft SkillsClient Communication, Analytical Thinking, Mentorship, Problem Solving, Cross-functional Collaboration, Attention to DetailThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.14/hour - $48.66/hour.
