Job Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business operations and Salesforce technology. This role will involve gathering business requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce applications are aligned with Intellicloudware’s business goals. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using Salesforce functionality. Develop user stories, business cases, and process flow diagrams. Lead Salesforce user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Train end-users on new Salesforce features and enhancements. Work with Salesforce developers to configure custom solutions. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferred). Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and configuration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
