Business & Market Analyst Alberta Chicken Producers (ACP) Based in Edmonton, Alberta Salary Range: $80,000 to $125,000 per year + benefits Submission Deadline: January 26, 2026 Start Date: February 9, 2026 Alberta Chicken Producers is seeking a Business & Market Analyst to provide critical market analysis, reporting, and strategic support to the Executive Director, Board, and committees. This role is crucial to maintaining the integrity of ACP’s Grower Program and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze provincial, national, and U.S. chicken industry market data and trends Prepare forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Support production, allocation, utilization, and pricing processes Coordinate national and provincial allocation activities and reporting Serve as ACP’s point of contact for Grower Program data systems and software developers Support audits, committees, and industry meetings Administer Specialty Production and Direct Marketing Programs Provide strategic oversight, establish priorities, and translate organizational goals into clear plansand measurable results Serve as a key point of coordination with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Degree in economics, business, agriculture, data analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations Ability to translate complex data into clear insights Experience in agriculture or supply-managed sectors is an asset Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial Occasional travel, on an as-needed basis Why Join ACP Meaningful work supporting Alberta’s agricultural industry Collaborative, values driven team environment Competitive compensation and benefits Apply by submitting your résumé and cover letter to vward@chicken.ab.ca #J-18808-Ljbffr
