Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung (Quality Control) suchen wir einen Documentation Specialist (all genders) Vollzeit/unbefristet.

In dieser Funktion stellst Du sicher, dass alle administrativen Dokumentationsanforderungen für die unterstützte Qualitätsdokumentation einschließlich Dokumentenverarbeitung und Datensatzverwaltung erfüllt werden.

Hier bringst du viel in Bewegung, freue dich auf folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellen, dass alle administrativen Dokumentationsanforderungen für die unterstützte Qualitätsdokumentation einschließlich Dokumentenverarbeitung und Datensatzverwaltung erfüllt werden
  • Vorbereiten/Erstellen/Überarbeiten, Verwaltung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung neuer und überarbeiteter Qualitätsdokumentation innerhalb des Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS).
  • Verwalten der Benachrichtigungen, Beziehungen und andere Eigentumsinformationen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS).
  • Beteiligen an OPS-Projekten und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten im Dokumentationsmanagement
  • Unterstützten und Koordinieren des Dokumentübersetzungsprozess
  • Sammeln und melden dokumentationsbezogene Kennzahlen

Qualifikationen

So machst du den Unterschied:

  • Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche, technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Bachelorabschluss
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre pharmazeutische Erfahrung in einer GMP-Umgebung mit der Verwaltung von Dokumentenkontrollsystemen von Vorteil
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis und Kenntnisse der GxP-Anforderungen und pharmazeutischen Vorschriften wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fortgeschrittene organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Liebe zum Detail
  • Du baust starke Beziehungen zu Kollegen und funktionsübergreifenden Partnern auf, um den Abschluss des Dokumentlebenszyklus termingerecht zu ermöglichen
