Our clients include privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs across Canada and the U.We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in Canadian taxation to join our team. Collaborating closely with all Partners and other senior staff on business tax compliance and advisory engagements.
Acting proactively in a leadership capacity to guarantee the delivery of high-quality tax services.
Performing and evaluating technical research, along with formulating tax planning recommendations.
Prepare/Review corporate reorganization structures and memo.
Reviewing Complex Canadian personal, corporate, and trust tax returns, information returns and forms, prescribed tax election forms, and additional tax-related work completed by staff members.
Providing support and mentorship to firm personnel on tax-related issues.
Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in tax
At lest 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm as a tax specialist or tax manager
Enrolment or completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or Masters of Tax Program an asset
Enrolment or completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or Masters of Tax Program an asset
