Our clients include privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs across Canada and the U.S.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in Canadian taxation to join our team. This is a leadership role with opportunities for career advancement and meaningful client impact.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include the following:Collaborating closely with all Partners and other senior staff on business tax compliance and advisory engagements.Acting proactively in a leadership capacity to guarantee the delivery of high-quality tax services.Performing and evaluating technical research, along with formulating tax planning recommendations.Preparing and reviewing corporate reorganization structures and memos.Reviewing complex Canadian personal, corporate, and trust tax returns, information returns and forms, prescribed tax election forms, and additional tax-related work completed by staff members.Providing support and mentorship to firm personnel on tax-related issues.Mentoring junior staff and supporting their technical development.Maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating on business development initiatives.Identifying opportunities to enhance client services.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in taxAt least 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm as a tax specialist or tax managerChartered Professional Accountant (CPA) DesignationEnrolment or completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or Masters of Tax Program an assetStrong leadership, communication, and client service skillsRequired SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and client service skills.Preferred SkillsEnrolment or completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or Masters of Tax Program an assetPay range and compensation packageOur compensation package includes a competitive salary range, performance-based incentives, and a full suite of benefits—health and dental coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and ongoing learning opportunities.Equal Opportunity StatementKT Partners LLP is committed to diversity and inclusivity.Why Join Us?Opportunity to grow into Tax partner roleA collaborative team environment with interesting client work #J-18808-Ljbffr
