Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Teaching best practices and usage of Salesforce.
  • Teaching best practices on ERP.
  • Working with Branch Managers on establishing and maintaining Branch Standards.
  • Working with Branch Managers to establish an owner-mindset.
  • Working with Inside Sales Representatives on proper sales acumen.
  • Training inside staff on resources offered by Roofmart. How and when they should be utilized.
  • Working with fleet drivers on how to use new software and resources.
  • Traveling to branches to work with staff.
  • Propose new and innovative methods for training.
  • Helping to develop a resource centre focused on frontline improvement.
  • Helping maintain department focused intranet.
  • Promotion, implementation, and rollout of new customer focused programs.

Experience and Skills

  • Proficient with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows Applications
  • Post-Secondary Education in business preferred.
  • Has excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills .
  • Being bilingual is not a requirement but is an asset.
  • Has an attention to detail and professional attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
