The Total Rewards Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that strengthen our employee value proposition.This position is based at the SupremeX office in Mississauga, ON, with occasional travel to Montreal and other SupremeX locations across North America as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the VP, Human Resources and leadership team to develop a compensation philosophy and competitive pay structures aligned with organizational objectives.Establish and maintain a job evaluation framework, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to recommend adjustments to salary bands, pay structures, and incentive plans.Develop and administer policies, tools, and guidelines for salary administration and pay decisions throughout the employee lifecycle.Oversee annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive plan administration (STIP & LTIP).Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation policies and internal equityBenefits, Pension & Wellness ProgramsManage the design and administration of benefit and pension programs in Canada and the U.S., ensuring compliance with local legislation and alignment with market trends.Partner with brokers and consultants to evaluate plan performance, negotiate renewals, and manage cost efficiencies.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Pay Equity, Employment Equity, and pension plan governance.Lead communication initiatives to help employees understand and appreciate their total rewards offering.Data, Reporting & ComplianceCompile, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to inform decision-making and policy updates.Ensure compliance with all applicable employment, tax, and benefit-related legislation across jurisdictions.Produce regular and ad hoc reports on compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics for HR and leadership.Maintain documentation, procedures, and audit readiness related to total rewards programs.Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on compensation, benefits, and pension matters.Partner with IT and HR to support HRIS and data integration initiatives that improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment between rewards strategy and business objectives.Lead or support special projects related to HR automation, process harmonization, and system implementations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years specializing in compensation and benefits within a manufacturing or multi-site environment.Professional certification (e.g., CHRP) preferred.Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. compensation and benefits legislation and practices.Demonstrated experience in program design, salary structure development, and market analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools (implementation experience preferred).High analytical capability with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Bilingual (English/French) an asset.Strategic and analytical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.Confidential, professional, and service-oriented approach.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilitiesComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Health Benefits to support your well-beingRetirement Plan – A retirement plan to help you plan for the future.Bonus – Annual bonus opportunities based on Company performance and/or Individual goalsCollaborative Culture– A workplace built on communication, integrity, excellence, respect, and teamwork.Work-Life Balance – Support for a healthy balance between work and life.NOTE: This job description in no ways states or implies that these are the only responsibilities of this position.
