Overview:
This Total Rewards Analyst position supports the PepsiCo Beverages Canada and PepsiCo Foods Canada businesses. This role is responsible for Canadian core services of Benefits, Retirement and Wellness. This analyst will handle legislated filing requirements, annual processes and vendor and program management focused on the daily benefits program operations for Canada.

This role supporting the Canadian businesses will report directly into the Manager, Total Rewards Canada and be primarily based out of the PepsiCo Canada headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.

These opportunities include but are not limited to other Total Rewards Operations roles supporting the Corporate Headquarters or other sectors, and other specialist or broader roles within Total Rewards or HR functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support management of vendors and daily operations for Benefits, Retirement and Wellness programs to ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Support program RFPs and Program Audits as part of good governance to ensure programs are best in class
- Regularly evaluate program administration against plan documents, contracts and government regulations, review findings and propose solutions.
- Lead the timely and accurate execution of all legislated requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the integrity of HR/payroll data, recordkeeping systems, processes and reports and support automation and programming initiatives to enable these improvements
- Attend Quarterly Governance Meetings with Vendors to review program performance, analyze trends and program goals to support determination of appropriate program enhancements aligning with Benefit/Pension strategy/vision
- Lead regular cadence meetings with vendors as part of good governance/program management
- Support TR Manager/HR with grievances, arbitrations, negotiations, litigation, human right cases, etc. related to programs
- Ensure required updates to Canada TR statement are implemented based on Global requirements/standards and conduct regular review to ensure ongoing accuracy
- Support delivery of Canada Group Insurance design to manage costs and lead annual enrollment activities to ensure successful implementation of associated annual changes/updates to the program
- Manage requirements for Employee Policy Updates, PTO, COB, EI Premium Reduction Program, Desjardins Rates and Discount Program

Qualifications:

- Ability to manage projects and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence decision making with business partners both verbally and in writing, including solid presentation skills
- Understanding of provincial legislation related to programs (i.e. Employment standards, retirement regulations, etc.)
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all level of company personnel and vendors
- Self-directed with ability to work independently and proactively
- 3-5 Years of progressive Total Rewards or HR experience
- University/College Degree in related field
