Toronto, Canada Clarity Consultants Full time

We are partnering with a leading retail client to identify an experienced eLearning Developer to design, develop, and update interactive and engaging eLearning courses. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and create visually appealing solutions for compliance and mandatory training. You will also work closely with the Learning Administrator to seamlessly upload courses into Workday Learning and perform comprehensive quality assurance testing.

Start Date: Mid-September

Duration: 9 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 9am - 5pm ET

Location: 100% Virtual; Canada

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven expertise in creating interactive eLearning courses
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and eLearning best practices
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), with a preference for Workday Learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to provide work samples

NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour CAD. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
