About the Role As a member of the FP&A organization, the Lead Financial Analyst will partner across the organization to consolidate, monitor, process, and report OPEX and P&L results. The ideal candidate has experience in business partnership to assist leaders in making informed operational and investment decisions. The role draws heavily on financial modeling and system skills to provide insights that drive financial decision‑making and maximize long‑term value for the business. Responsibilities Consolidate, validate, and report P&L performance, including variance analysis and commentary. Support monthly forecasting and annual planning in partnership with the business. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data, including scenario analysis, data aggregation, model development, and coordination with business leaders to determine assumptions. Gather information and data from various systems and reporting tools, synthesizing data points to provide granular insight into the models. Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support business initiatives and special projects. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance role, preferably in FP&A with business partnership experience. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the company. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Highly autonomous, self‑starter, with the ability to multi‑task and influence cross‑functional teams. Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry preferred. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $120,000, depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
