Who You Are We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Migration Specialist to execute complex migration projects across networking, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise in networking technologies (including routing, switching, Meraki, Checkpoint, wireless, RADIUS, and SD‑WAN), core infrastructure services (such as Active Directory, File and Print Services, and SQL), and cloud platforms (M365, AWS, Azure). This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with proven experience in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting migration activities in diverse and challenging enterprise environments. What You’ll Do Perform detailed analysis of existing environments, identifying dependencies and risks associated with migration projects. Manage network components, including routing, switching, Meraki, Checkpoint firewalls, wireless solutions, and SD‑WAN changes. Manage infrastructure migrations involving Active Directory domains migration (Quest), File and Print Services migration, and SQL databases migration. Manage Cloud Migrations from AWS/On‑premises to Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate migration activities and resolve technical challenges. Document migration processes, configurations, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Provide post‑migration support, troubleshooting issues and optimising newly deployed environments. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience in complex migration projects across enterprise networking, infrastructure, and cloud services. In‑depth knowledge of networking technologies: routing, switching, Meraki, Checkpoint, wireless networks, RADIUS, and SD‑WAN. Strong expertise in infrastructure services: Active Directory, File and Print Services, and SQL Server. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure. Proficiency in migration tools, methodologies, and best practices. Such as Azure Migrate and Quest. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex migration and integration issues. Effective communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
