Description du posteEn tant que Spécialiste des contrats, vous serez amené(e) à :Conseiller les équipes de développement commercial et de gestion de programme sur les questions contractuelles.Négocier, rédiger, examiner et exécuter des accords avec des partenaires commerciaux et gouvernementaux.Évaluer et atténuer les risques et responsabilités contractuels.Gérer les contrats tout au long de leur cycle de vie, y compris les modifications et les réclamations.Soutenir les équipes de soumission en examinant les appels d'offres et en répondant aux conditions contractuelles.Assurer la conformité aux obligations contractuelles.Participer à l’élaboration de politiques et de processus liés à la gestion des contrats.Collaborer avec les parties prenantes sur les questions juridiques, d’assurance et d’exportation.Utiliser les systèmes internes et SCLM pour la gestion des données contractuelles.Gérer des contrats allant de 5 000 $ à 1,6 milliard $.Participer à des accords de sous-traitance (jusqu’à 50 sous-traitants).Gérer divers accords selon la charge de travail.Gérer les cycles de vie des contrats (exécution : 1 à 3 ans ; négociation : 1 à 6 mois).ExigencesExpérience en négociation de conditions contractuelles (juridiques et commerciales).Spécialiste des contrats : 4 à 7 ans d’expérience.Spécialiste principal des contrats : plus de 7 ans d’expérience.Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (95 % des contrats sont en anglais).Diplôme universitaire en administration.AtoutsExpérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale.Connaissance d’entreprises telles que Pratt, BA, CAE, MHI.Expérience avec les contrats gouvernementaux et américains (FARs/DFARs).Job Description (EN)As a Contract Specialist, you will:Advise Business Development and Program Management teams on contractual matters.Negotiate, draft, review, and execute agreements with commercial and government partners.Assess and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments and claims.Support proposal teams by reviewing RFPs and responding to terms and conditions.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Contribute to policy and process development for contract management.Interface with stakeholders on legal, insurance, and export matters.Use internal systems and SCLM for contract data management.Manage contracts ranging from $5K to $1.6B.Participate in subcontractor agreements (up to 50 subcontractors).Handle miscellaneous agreements based on workload.Manage contract lifecycles (execution: 1–3 years; negotiation: 1–6 months).Must HavesExperience negotiating legal and commercial terms and conditions.Contract Specialist: 4–7 years of experience.Contract Specialist: 7+ years of experience.Strong English proficiency (95% of contracts are in English).Bachelor’s degree in Administration.AssetsExperience in the aerospace industry.Familiarity with companies such as Pratt, BA, CAE, MHI.Knowledge of government and U.S. contracting (FARs/DFARs).Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $120000.00/yr.Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Montreal,QC.À propos d'Aston Carter:Aston Carter fournit des solutions de talent de classe mondiale à des milliers de clients à travers le monde.
