Identify geographic regions and job types with the highest unmet staffing needs. Produce visual reports (charts, heat maps, dashboards) showing demand concentration and trends over time.Opportunity and Strategy Support: Provide clear, data-driven insights to support business development and expansion decisions. Evaluate which job categories or regions represent the highest growth potential for MAGNUS’s service offerings. Assist in building a market opportunity model that forecasts staffing demand, supply constraints, and market size in dollar terms.Reporting and Collaboration: Present research findings in clear, investor- and executive-ready reports.
