Essential Functions: Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues as well as in the development of their management skills; Carry out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues; Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations; Work closely with your expert colleagues in the department, to provide support to your client in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development; Act as a change agent in order to support managers in the various organizational transformations implemented; Implement various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option; Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation; Good experience in labour relations management; Possess good analytical and synthesis skills; Strong organizational and priority management skills; Pair demonstrates excellent communication and influential leadership skills; Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in an ever-changing environment; Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; Ability to communicate easily in both French and English (due to regular interactions with colleagues and partners outside Québec). Eligibility Criteria: Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program; Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
