Essential Functions Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the business partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers and employees of its various clients group. Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues as well as in the development of their management skills; Carry out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues; Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations; Work closely with your expert colleagues in the department, to provide support to your client in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development; Act as an change agent in order to support managers in the various organizational transformations implemented; Implement various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option; Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation; Good experience in labour relations management; Possess good analytical and synthesis skills; Strong organizational and priority management skills; Pair demonstrates excellent communication and influential leadership skills; Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in an ever-changing environment; Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Ability to communicate easily in both French and English (due to regular interactions with colleagues and colleagues and partners outside Québec. Eligibility Criteria Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program; Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
