We are currently searching for UI/UX specialists to collaborate with our exceptional team of business and AI practitionners at Yeji. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in technology and business as well as a strong comprehension of the tech and Artificial Intelligence industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design compelling Google Slide presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers/consultants, engineers, and data scientists to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Design and create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across various devices.
  • Evaluate and validate designs through usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics data to optimize user experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote UI/UX design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our products are at the forefront of AI user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience, preferably within the AI or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in design of great Google Slides presentations and storytelling.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and accomplishments.

The position requires the ability to work on-site in Montreal. French is an asset. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and demonstrate flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and as necessary.
