About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager with experience in physiotherapy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage technology to expand your impact, helping hundreds of children across the continent. As the main point of contact for customers, you will deliver life‑changing devices to families and hospitals, train users, set meaningful goals, and support their journey from deployment onward. Responsibilities Perform video‑based customer training for new device recipients. Conduct regular check‑ins post‑deployment. Collaborate with customers to establish clear goals and nurture satisfaction. Proactively reduce churn through high‑touch interactions and personalized support. Build KPIs to track customer satisfaction and team performance. Address individual customer queries daily in chat groups. Help design and validate research studies with clinical partners nationwide. Attend conferences with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and present findings when possible. Manage customer issues via tickets, prioritizing for resolution. Oversee case reviews, ensuring documentation and data are prepared for delivery. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues through logs and video calls. Develop training plans and videos to streamline support and training processes. Provide feedback to engineering and production teams on user issues and suggestions. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a Master’s degree from an international program. 2+ years of experience working as a paediatric physiotherapist, physiotherapy assistant, or in a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of human kinematics. Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools. Flexibility to travel between Canada and the USA. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
