Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches avec des priorités changeantes. Capacité à travailler et à réfléchir de manière autonome tout en respectant les délais. Capacité avérée à respecter une confidentialité stricte et à traiter les questions sensibles avec discrétion. Excellent sens du détail et excellentes compétences organisationnelles. Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et professionnelle (à l\'écrit et à l\'oral) tant en interne qu\'en externe. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Communication et interaction efficaces avec les employés, les clients et les collègues, et capacité à travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l\'organisation.Bilinguisme anglais-français, à l\'écrit et à l\'oral.Formation et/ou expérience :Diplôme d\'études secondaires ou équivalent minimum. Diplôme universitaire de quatre ans préféré.
