Sales Representative – Business ServicesOverviewDo you love connecting with businesses and making an impact in your community? We’re looking for a Business Services Sales Representative who thrives on relationship-building, understands local economic challenges, and is passionate about helping employers grow.The Business Services Sales Representative is responsible for developing, promoting, and maintaining relationships with businesses across St. John’s and rural communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.This role is ideal for someone with strong regional knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping businesses find workforce and employment solutionsResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and engage prospective business clients—particularly in rural or underserved regionsPromote tailored workforce and business support services based on local labour market needsPrepare quotes, present service packages, and negotiate terms with prospective clientsMaintain regular contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further needsDevelop and maintain a network of employers, community groups, and industry stakeholdersRepresent the organization at community events, job fairs, and business development functionsUtilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, opportunities, and follow-up schedulesCollaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectationsLead or support outreach and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and reachContribute to achieving sales, client acquisition, and engagement KPIsQualifications:Post-secondary education (certificate/diploma – minimum 3 months) or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or employment servicesSolid understanding of the local labour market and regional economic trendsExperience with Canadian immigration programs considered an assetHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM tools and reporting systemsRequirements:Must have access to own transportationWilling to travel throughout Newfoundland and LabradorComfortable with flexible on-site/off-site work environmentsBonus Points For:Knowledge of Canadian immigration/employment systemsEducation/experience in Business, HR, Sales, Marketing or Community DevelopmentWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team helping communities thrive through business growth and workforce development.
