If so, we would love to welcome you to our team and see the impact you'll makeLocation: Hybrid (3-Day onsite), within the GTAStatus: Contract/Full-TimeResponsibilities:Effectively collaborate with senior client business stakeholders to lead the design of Data Governance frameworks, strategy, organizational components, functional competencies, and roadmapsGuide client business stakeholders in operationalizing ownership and stewardship responsibilities and lead the execution of Metadata and Data Quality Management pilot projectsUtilize strong facilitation and coaching skills to align business stakeholders and teams, driving organizational alignment and informed decision-makingDemonstrate expertise in educating, training, and fostering the learning and development of team members and stakeholdersCombine strategic thinking with tactical execution, showing a willingness to engage hands-on to accomplish tasks effectivelyQualifications, Skills & Experience:3+ years experience in designing and/or leading the deployment of Data Governance programs, or related functions such as Metadata Management, Data Quality, or Master Data ManagementBachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Business Studies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management. Extensive experience within a Data Management function can be considered as an alternative - MBA is an assetExperience with Metadata Management, Data Quality Management, and Master/Reference Data Management tools is highly desirableProven track record of leading groups, facilitating discussions, strategizing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts, enabling effective initiatives across all organizational levels, including C-suite and geographically dispersed teamsExceptional presentation, verbal communication, business writing, and visual presentation skills, with expertise in PowerPoint and Word to produce publication-ready materials independentlyStrong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with strong knowledge of change management processesEffective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrentlyAbout AdastraFor more than 20 years, Adastra Corporation has been hyper-focused on data and the infrastructures to support it.
