Base pay rangeCA$58,000.00/yr - CA$63,000.00/yr Associate is a role that helps consulting and private equity firms discover the knowledge they need to make decisive investments and strategic decisions. Associates find experts who hold deep, niche knowledge that cannot be found via a simple Google search. Using AI‑powered technology, Associates locate, vet, and connect industry experts with clients across a variety of sectors, from EV charging networks in the US to shrimp aquaculture in Mexico. What You’ll Do as an Associate Work closely with a Project Lead to understand client requests and the context of each project. Search for and identify experts worldwide using proprietary technologies, LinkedIn, email, phone, and other methods. Act as a consultant to determine which type of expert is required for each client’s needs. Manage multiple client requests and maintain relationships with experts, acting as your own project manager. Share the selected expert with clients, ensuring that the expert’s expertise meets client requirements. Requirements You have the drive, tenacity, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving, unstructured business. You are an exceptional communicator focused on revenue generation. You possess strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and targets. You desire early responsibility in a metric‑driven environment. Background or interest in research, economics, business, or financial markets is required. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy helping others. You can establish consultative, trust‑based relationships with leading industry figures. Benefits Base salary plus an uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performance.
