Job Summary Organize, control and manage the daily warehouse operations by receiving and shipping of parts, products, supplies and equipment effectively and in accordance with company policies and processes. Provide support to the Equipment Service Department with the replenishment of parts nationally and overall manage all Assets and Inventory. Support with the overseeing and delegation of all internal deliveries as well as third party logistics and small parcels. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the daily maintenance of all Warehousing & Logistical activities including housekeeping & cleanliness of Warehouse. Daily monitoring and implementation of External and Internal customer requests to meet service standards for equipment, products and supplies. Support Warehouse Management in monitoring and maintenance of all inventory and keep inventory current at all times, notifying management of any inventory shortages. Participate and support all monthly and annually Asset & Inventory audits and reconciliation. Order and replenishments of parts for Equipment Services team as approved by Equipment Services management. Preparation and tagging Equipment for distribution. Delegate, coordinate and prioritize internal deliveries nationally to support the United’s operational departments. Support with Warranty claims and Supplier follow up. Availability for deliveries and back-up for Warehouse driver. Ensure proper and safe working conditions of work areas, grounds, tools and equipment and arrange for repairs/replacements as needed. Recommend tools, fixtures, equipment or layout changes to improve workflow, productivity, and to enhance efficiency. Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse activities. Assist with the implementation/distribution of purchasing national programs. Ensure that workplace’s health & safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and the contents. Responsible for regular removal and recycling of boxes, plastics, etc. Miscellaneous administrative duties as required. Additional Responsibilities Perform all daily functions in alignment with company mission, vision, and values. Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation and take every reasonable precaution to protect the health and safety of all employees and business partners. Protect company assets from damage and misuse. Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time. Job Requirements and Expectation Available to address customer and Partner needs and concerns in a timely manner. >Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory or outside the province as may be required from time to time. Ability to deal with high level of stress and solve problems as they arise. Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotation basis including weekends and on call. Available to address concerns in a 24/7 environment Safe driving habits and a clean driver’s abstract Business acumen Communication Skills: Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills Needs assessment and information gathering. Advanced Technology competency. Knowledge of Warehouse, Logistic & Inventory Management. Process and compliancy driven.Superior time management and problem-solving skills.
