Purpose
The Portfolio Process Manager is instrumental in assisting the Dean in project management, monitoring and evaluation and ensuring alignment across all the units within Student Affairs. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a high level of project management experience and good understanding of the national higher education landscape and the overall student experience

Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant Honours Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience in Project Management
  • A minimum of 3 Years Experience in Higher Education
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Multilingualism
Recommendations
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal with a high degree of emotional intelligence and political savvy
  • A student – centered approach, a service orientation, and a problem-solving orientation
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent written (including research and report writing experience) and verbal communication skills, with a high proficiency in Office 365 and or similar technologies
