This role is suited for a stable and experienced professional seeking a long-term impact.What You'll DoProvide oversight and management for Accounts Payable processes.Administer and maintain expense management systems.Conduct accurate bank reconciliations and manage bank-related administrative tasks.Support revenue reporting processes.Assist with payroll activities.Contribute to cash flow management and treasury operations.Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve financial objectives.Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and processes.What You BringMinimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, with a focus on operational finance and Accounts Payable.Proven supervisory or leadership experience, including managing at least one direct report.Strong understanding of core accounting processes, operational finance, cash flow management, and treasury principles.Experience managing reconciliations and financial reporting.Experience with modern financial systems and expense management platforms is highly desirable.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to efficiency.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building strong working relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is not required but practical experience is valued.Why JoinThis is a great opportunity to work in a stable and collaborative environment where your expertise will impact operational efficiency.
