Overview Join to apply for the Samples Administrator - Temporary role at ACR (AmerCare Royal). We are seeking a Samples Administrator to support day-to-day requests from the commercial sales team and assist in preparing samples for trade shows. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and collaborates across the commercial team and our customers. Employment details This is a temporary (1-year minimum) full-time position on-site in Milton, ON, from 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no guarantee of a permanent position after the 1-year period. Responsibilities Pick/pack and ship samples and trade show materials Create product labels Maintain sample stock and inventory Track sample activity via multiple platforms/systems, including external carrier websites (e.g., FedEx) Keep the sample rooms organized Provide sales support Requirements Prior experience in a picking and packing position (preferred but not required) Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent administrative, organizational, project management and follow-up skills Excellent attention to detail, results oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others in a team Reliable and flexible Summary The base pay for this position is CAD 40,000–CAD 45,000 annually. ACR does not utilize Artificial Intelligence in our hiring process.
