Our Agricultural client is looking a Senior Change Manager to drive transformative change on the people side for a Financial PMO Expansion project

Must Have;

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Change Manager within complex organizational settings
  • Experience working within a PMO environment
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies,with proficiency in storytelling and visual data representation in PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct readiness assessments, guide senior stakeholders and executives, and execute risk management and scope definition
  • Relevant certifications in Change Management, such as Prosci or similar
