We work hard, appreciate each other, value our adventures, families, and friends, cherish the time we have in this beautiful place, and care about our collective future.If this sounds like something you’re into, we’d love to hear from youBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND PROPOSAL SPECIALISTVANCOUVER STUDIOAs our Proposal and Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts and enhancing our marketing strategies as a member of a collaborative and passionate team working on projects and with clients around the world.Your primary focus will be responsibility for project management and coordination of proposals (RFQs, RFPs, fee letters, etc.) characterized by strategic research, compelling writing, graphic design skills, all driven by a business strategy developed in partnership with the Principals and Director of Communications.RESPONSIBILITIESTrack leads in our CRM platform (CMAP)Identify projects through various channelsCreate and lead proposalsEnsure timely, high-quality proposal submissions and presentationsDevelop and update marketing and sales materialsAssist with marketing and communications projects and eventsContribute to team efforts and help with tasks as neededQUALIFICATIONSStrong understanding of the Architecture and/or Interior Design industry (experience in the industry as an asset)Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 2-3 years in Business Development, Marketing or in a similar capacityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skill to oversee multiple projectsExcellent organizational skills Previous experience with InDesignWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits (including our unique Adventure Bonus), and the chance to grow within a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
