Senior Compensation Associate, Human Resources Permanent Full Time Are you passionate about data, detail, and driving meaningful change? In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of compensation programs, supporting areas such as Executive Compensation, Compensation Programs, and Global Mobility. You’ll ensure accurate program information and timely responses to inquiries, helping create a positive experience for leaders and employees. What You Will Do Provide administrative and analytical support in implementing and managing compensation programs aligned with our rewards strategy and philosophy. Respond to employee and leader inquiries via email and ServiceNET within established turnaround times, escalating as needed. Partner with Senior Consultants to conduct job evaluations, maintain job architecture frameworks, and perform HRIS updates related to job management. Participate in compensation survey submissions, assist with survey matching, and analyze market data to support benchmarking. Support corporate recognition programs, including vendor liaison, reporting, issue resolution, and invoice processing. Maintain and audit compensation program resources for employees and leaders, recommending improvements where needed. Assist with legislative research and summarize findings into clear, actionable formats. Contribute to the annual compensation planning process, including resource material preparation and system support. Provide analytical and administrative support to Executive Compensation and Global Mobility teams, including data collection, modeling, and coordination. Assist with global mobility processes such as invoice management, relocation tracking, SOP updates, and ad hoc projects. What You Will Bring Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within HR or Compensation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables) and comfort working with large datasets; PowerPoint and Word skills required. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends; curious and eager to understand the “why” behind the numbers. Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy. Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs. Given the size and scope of our organization, this position can be located in Toronto, London, Winnipeg, or Montreal. The base salary for this position is between $50,400 and $83,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of our total rewards program.
