Fraud Operations Performance Associate IIAffirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.Our Customer Operations Team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated Fraud Operations Performance Associate II to champion label accuracy and enhance the quality of cases worked.As an integral part of the Quality Assurance team, you will focus on monitoring and improving label accuracy within internal fraud operations teams as well as external vendors. Working collaboratively with cross‑functional partners, you’ll improve visibility into accuracy. The responsibilities of this position may also extend to ensuring the overall quality of cases worked. It will also be necessary to dedicate 20% of your time to production to stay current with trends, issues, and workflows.What You’ll DoIdentify knowledge gaps through analysis and QACollaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and Fraud Operations Leadership to strengthen training and coaching initiativesRegularly monitor, evaluate and provide feedback to Fraud Operations Teams on how the teams are performingDocument findings as appropriate and elevate to LeadershipStay informed about the latest fraud trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve fraud prevention effortsDemonstrate punctuality and ensure you are readily available and responsive, given our current remote work settingMaintain daily expected cases volume with an accuracy score of 98%+What We Look For3+ years of Fraud experience, preferably within the fintech industry1+ years Quality Assurance experience, preferably within the fintech industryDemonstrated ability to work independently with leadership and exhibit strong project management skillsStrong analytical skills with the capacity to recognize and address fraud trends, issues and opportunities for improvementProven track record of identifying and resolving quality issues and driving process improvementsFocused, self‑motivated and reliable with the ability to stay focused on a task and work independentlyPossesses a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build solid working relationships with all levels of the organizationExperience with industry‑specific tools and standards, including but not limited to: Salesforce, TLO, TransUnion, LexisNexis, Ekata, Emailage, Looker, Snowflake, Netverify, and OnfidoBase Pay Grade — DEquity Grade — 1CAN base pay range per year: $55,000 – $75,000Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.Affirm is proud to be a remote‑first company The majority of our roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment.
