Reporting to the Director, Personal Insurance, the Manager will be responsible for the development and operation of a team consisting of Personal Insurance Account Managers. The Manager will be involved in developing processes and implementing them within the team, providing day-to-day guidance and leadership, and ensuring accuracy and service levels are met. This individual will work with the Director to identify gaps in efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
