This is a 6‑month contract. A day in the life of an outside sales representative: Provide an exceptional in‑person sales and service experience while championing Wurth’s value proposition to customers using our systems, services, and products. Demonstrate Wurth’s culture and high‑performance attributes daily: achievement, integrity, respect, and collaboration. Manage assigned sales territories (Charlottetown, Summerside) entrepreneurially, maintaining and growing sales from existing customers while prospecting for new business. Drive personal and professional development, staying current on product and sales developments (sales strategies, product demos, business solutions). Utilize our CRM system for order placement on a mobile device (iPad). Promote an omnichannel sales approach (e‑shop, telesales, solution selling) to create a customer‑centric experience. Contribute to a high‑performance team environment by exceeding monthly targets and demonstrating a strong commitment to corporate values. What You Will Bring To The Team: Entrepreneurial and resilient spirit; a self‑starter who thrives in a flexible, growth‑driven environment. High‑school diploma required. Post‑secondary education in a related field or 1‑3 years of relevant work experience. Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and clear criminal record. Alignment with company values: collaboration, integrity, respect, achievement. Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills. Comfort with an iPad for Microsoft suite, CRM, and other software applications.
