Our mission is to deliver fast, simple end-to-end travel experiences for corporate customers with a blend of personal service and advanced technology.Location: Montreal, Quebec · Work type: Full timeAbout The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated and driven Corporate Travel Consultant who can deliver boutique level service for corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of travel consulting experience and a passion for impeccable service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in servicing the client.Build and maintain strong working relationships.Provide solutions to travel-related problems for clients.Experience & QualificationsBilingual in English and French.Customer focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle priorities with agility.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Problem solver with creative solution thinking.Team player who can also work independently; comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Tech savvy with at least 2 years’ experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred), proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software quickly.OPC certification preferred; if not held, candidates will be supported to obtain it, with successful completion within 30 days of employment.Work Perks & BenefitsGenerous paid time off policy.Travel perks/discounts and wellness programs.Group benefits including extended health care, dental, and vision; life, disability, and critical illness coverage.Employee Assistance Program and financial wellness services.RRSP/RPP with matching; tuition reimbursement; stock purchase opportunities.Global career opportunities within a network of brands.Location – Montreal, CanadaApplication notes: bilingual French/English required due to duties with both English and French clients and suppliers. For this position, the anticipated salary is 50,000 CAD plus commission/incentives, with on-target earnings ranging from 50,000 to 86,000 CAD.
