Manager, Case Management Position Summary: Manager, Case Management oversees workplace investigations with a focus on harassment, discrimination, and other Code of Conduct related investigations. Responsible for ensuring cases are assigned and investigated in an appropriate and timely manner, including review of the investigative process followed by the assigned investigator and application of Walmart policy and applicable legislation. Case Management, Manager will conduct investigations on an as needed basis. What you’ll do: Manager, Case Management case manages a high volume of workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. The position supports the team in prioritizing and managing formal investigations, including written communications and policy analysis. Responsible for ensuring cases are concluded in an appropriate and timely manner, including review of the investigative process followed by the assigned investigator and application of Walmart policy and applicable legislation. Manager will develop and deliver training for new investigators and managers. The role also involves reporting on trends and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. It may include building and maintaining templates for specific investigation types. The role involves maintaining a professional reputation for neutrality and trustworthiness.
