Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff, establish and accomplish business objectives
  2. Recruit, select, train, and counsel new employees

Qualifications/Skills:

  1. Proven leadership skills
  2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  3. Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  4. Proficient with various IT software including Microsoft Office
  5. Problem solver and decisive
  6. Proven track record in logistics with a strong focus on new business development
  7. Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a team setting
  8. Strong interpersonal & customer relations skills
  9. Strong negotiation skills
  10. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  11. Willing to travel

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience in the transport and logistics sector
  3. At least 2 years of successful management experience
  4. Fluency in English and French is an asset
