THE ROLE As the Solution Systems Support Analyst, Supply Chain Technology, you will: Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and address deficiencies. THE QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have: Skills, education, and certifications in Warehouse Management Systems (preferably BY WMS), parcel systems, databases, SQL, MOCA development or similar, and tracing experience. Experience with spreadsheets and file types like .xml, .txt, .csv, .json. Knowledge of testing, technical support, ITIL, ticket environments, and job schedulers. A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles. Strong collaboration skills and a focus on quality and results. THE COMPENSATION The typical salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year, with potential bonuses. Final salary depends on experience and skills.
